What is Delivery Dudes?
Delivery Dudes is a delivery service that brings you the food you want from the places you love.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Absolutely! Note that each restaurant will incur a separate delivery fee.
How do you ensure food quality?
We make sure that it's possible for a driver to be at the restaurant as soon as your food is ready. Sometimes we wait a few minutes before calling orders in to be sure your food won't have to sit under a heat lamp. In the rare cases that a driver is running late, we ask the kitchen to make the order again. No one likes a soggy sandwich or lukewarm lasagna.
How do I order?
From there we'll take care of the rest. We'll place your order at the restaurant and verify that all of your order details are just right. Our Dude will pick up your order, safely tuck it away into our exclusively designed thermal bag, and make their way to your location.
What is your delivery range?
We'd love to deliver everywhere, but having our drivers go too far compromises food quality and delivery times for our in-range customers. We never want to disappoint and are working to increase our delivery coverage every day.
How long does a delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 45 minutes. Factors that may affect delivery times include busy restaurants on a Friday night or bad weather. We will always let you know if your order is running past the quoted time.
How much does the service cost?
Delivery Dudes has a dynamic delivery fees with pricing as low as $2.99. An 8% service fee is added to every order. The service fee goes towards training, providing the best customer service possible, and other costs associated with running our service.
We have no hidden fees and never upcharge menus which means you pay exactly the same price you would at the restaurant. Delivery Dudes takes pride in charging the same cost for food as if you had picked it up yourself.
What if I have food allergies and/or want to modify a dish?
With all Delivery Dudes orders, you can request modifications to a dish's preparation. Use the custom instructions field within each menu item to include allergy related instructions.
If the restaurant is unable to accommodate your request, we'll reach out to you directly to help you make another selection.
Will I get utensils and napkins with my order?
If you ask for them, we will make sure they arrive with your order. Just make sure to mention it to your phone operator, or include it in additional instructions on your order.
What if I don't answer the door or leave and forget that I ordered?
Your driver will wait at your house for ten minutes while we try to get a hold of you. Once we have attempted every means possible to reach you and we are still unsuccessful, the driver will leave the food at your door. You will be charged the cost of your order including delivery fee, and a 15% gratuity will be added to your order.
Do I tip my Driver?
Gratuity is not included in the cost of ordering. Although tipping is encouraged, it is not mandatory. You may tip the driver when you confirm payment at the door. Delivery Dudes' drivers keep 100% of all tips.
I got the wrong/incomplete order. What do I do?
Call us immediately, or contact the dudes, and we will get in touch with you right away.
We, along with our restaurant partners, do our best to make sure that every order goes smoothly, but unfortunately, sometimes someone slips up. When this happens we want to know about it right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

What is Delivery Dudes refund policy?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, contact the dudes and a team member from our local office will promptly call you.
We realize that unique situations happen occasionally, and we're happy to help!
Why is the total on my order confirmation different than what I was charged at the door?
Your online order confirmation is an estimate. Market-priced items and special requests such as extra dressing, double meat, side of ranch, etc. may augment the total.

What about groceries?
I don't see my favorite restaurant on your menu page. Can I order from a restaurant that's not on your site?
Of course, as long as they are within our delivery range. If you'd like to order from a place that is not on our menu page, submit a restaurant suggestion here.
A 25% surcharge is added to the total cost of food from non-partnered vendors.
