Our beef tastes different, because it is different than just about all other beef served in Portland. Dicks Kitchen is one of the very few restaurants serving 100% grass-fed, humanely-raised and pastured beef. Our rancher, Cory Carman, is at the forefront of healthy and sustainable beef production, and you can actually taste the difference her stewardship creates in the sublime flavors of our hamburgers. Dicks Kitchen burgers are seared to medium with some pink in the middle and are served on our signature Sourdough Potato Bun with special sauce (roasted onion aioli). All burgers are served with butter lettuce, tomato, red onion, and house-made pickles on the side.
